I called a couple different companies first, but everyone gave me a long ETA or couldn’t give me a quote over the phone. On my last google search I came across our Locksmith and gave them a call the Lady that answered the phone was very polite and gave upfront info about the service, eta and pricing. M.Bazemore Windsor North Carolina Wanted to change the lock on my sliding door so it would lock from the outside. Did a little online search and found our locksmith on yelp called and spoke directly to the owner and was shocked he was polite and honest. We scheduled an appointment which he showed up 15 minutes early shocked it was a well-dressed very polite, intelligent young man he changed my locks in about 30 minutes and charged a very good price.

When I called, the woman who helped me communicated very clear expectations about time and cost. Both were exceeded! The owner of the company arrived and quickly worked to unlock my door. It was a pleasure to meet him and to speak with his wife on the phone. This is a business who clearly cares about their customers. I live in a North Atlanta suburb and the tech arrived no more than 30 minutes after I made the call. They gave me a price over the phone which I thought was too low to be true!
